Smallwise Support

Smallwise is a private habit tracker operated by Swejan Kothamasu.

For help, privacy questions, account access, or deletion requests, email admin@buildauramatrix.com.

For a bug report, include the app version/build, iPhone model, iOS version, what you expected, and the steps that led to the issue. Screenshots are optional. Remove personal information you do not want to share. Never send passwords, authentication tokens, invite codes, or private notes.

For account deletion, open You → Account settings → Delete account. Resolve owned group Kiths by transferring ownership or archiving them, then confirm deletion. A 30-day recovery period applies. If you cannot access your account, email the support address and identify the sign-in method and account email; do not send the password.

For TestFlight feedback, use Send Beta Feedback in TestFlight. A public testing link does not make an unprocessed or unapproved build available. External testing begins after an eligible build is approved and assigned to the tester group.
